When I wrote to EZ Drummer Support, here's the response I got: "Hi, It's supposed to be drag and drop but it's not working quite right, and it sounds so good I just wish I could fix this. My first port of call, and after years of wrestling with keyboards, stand-alone drum machines, the BOSS BR series, and many a drum plug-in including Toontrack EZ-drummer, XLN Audio Addictive Drums, and Steinberg Groove-Agent, my conclusion is that Garageband Drummer is the best by some margin. I have been able to use it and it sounds great, but it's sort of cumbersome the way I've figured out to workaround this problem. I can then drag the loop from there into the EZ Drummer track I created to get it to play in the GB song, but every time I want to add a loop I have to create a new Pop Flute track and drag it from there. It it creates a track called Pop Flute and the midi notes are there but it doesn't play. I can drop it to a blank area in the Garageband window and create a new track, but it won't go into the EZ Drummer track.

Basically what happens is that after I create a software track for EZ Drummer and I find the loop I want, when I try to drag it into my EZ Drummer track, it won't drop there. I recently purchased EZ Drummer and I have a weird problem.
